Eye on the World: Portfolio Number Three
Fotovision is pleased to present the third portfolio of its fine-print program for photography lovers to collect signed, museum-quality prints. Donations support Fotovision’s workshop programming, student scholarships, small documentary photography books and films about world-class photographers.
This third offering is small. A total of only 30 prints of each image is available. All prints are donated by the artists, made on 11" x 14" paper and signed on the recto.

George Ballis studied with Dorothea Lange and started working as a photojournalist in California’s Great Central Valley in 1953, where he documented the struggles of migrant farm workers and later the Civil Rights Movement. He has made some of the most memorable images of the farm workers’ struggle in California.
Richard Gordon is the author of Meta Photographs and One More for the Road as well as five limited edition, hand made artist’s books. His work is in the collections of the Whitney, the Corcoran and SFMOMA among other museums. He received an NEA fellowship in 1982. His current project, “American Surveillance”, is a work in progress.
Camille Seaman was chosen by American Photo as one of the “Top 12 to Watch.” She is represented by Soulcatcher Studio and Stephen Cohen galleries. Her new book, The Last Iceberg, is forthcoming.
Kim Stringfellow is a professor at San Diego State University. She creates interactive projects which promote environmental justice. Her work is published and shown internationally, including the “Ecotopia” exhibit at ICP. Her most recent book is Greetings from the Salton Sea.
Ami Vitale is an award winning freelancer based in New Delhi. Among other honors she has received a Magnum Inge Morath Grant and the Canon Female Journalist Grant. Her work has been published and exhibited internationally.
